Vaughn Mueller — Principal
Industrial Engineer (Texas A&M) and MBA (University of Houston). Focuses on the construction and build‑out of development projects including design, engineering, labor, and budgeting. Has overseen developments of more than 500 units from the ground up along with multiple expansion and upgrade projects. Vaughn also leads operational management across multiple businesses and asset types with strict P&L oversight. He applies his MBA training and many years of experience to drive projects to fruition and deliver intended returns to partners and investors.
Tim Sturm
Graduate of Tulane University. Concentrates on acquisitions, mergers, and investor relations. Previously founded and served as COO of two oil and gas service companies in the Eagle Ford shale—Oilfield Pipe of Texas (2008) and South Texas Rock, LP (2012). Tim has been active in the real estate industry since 1995 and maintains his license. Well connected in the community, he sources business opportunities that align investor interests with MSE’s projects and partnerships.
